Summer Services Announced |

Beginning June 8, 20089:00 am Sunday School10:00 am WorshipAt its May 14 meeting your Congregation Council acted on a proposal made by the Parish Life Committee to combine our two church worship services into a single service beginning June 8 and running through August 31. The first single worship service is set for June 8 at 10:00 am, with Sunday School beginning at 9:00 am. The single service will provide a wonderful opportunity for early and late service goers to get to know each other and promote a renewed spirit of fellowship. We look forward to having the combined talents of a single choir and expect a small savings in utilities as well. We hope everyone will make a special effort to enthusiastically accommodate the new schedule. We look forward to the opportunity to make new friends and renew old friendships. We'll be looking for you at the 10:00 am service, beginning June 8! Ann Reisinger, Presicent

The Congregation Council has appointed a Call Committee for the purpose of reviewing our congregational mission profile and entering into dialog with Paster Alan Kinsey in hopes of the congregation extending a Regular Letter of Call at the conclusion of his Term Call which ends July 31. The following persons have agreed to serve as members of the committee: - Jordan Gates

- Margaret Roth
- Hank Schultz

The Parish Life Committee needs volunteers to help set up or clean up for the fellowship hour between services on Sunday mornings. If you can lend a helping hand, please sign up on the small narthex table. If you are willing and able to serve our church by caring for our youngest members in the nursery during either service once every three months, plase call Dee Bostick to have your name added to the caregivers list.
